That could be. Would turning scouting on to be 100% accurate determine that?
Edit: I turned on scouting to be 100% accurate to see and it would appear my scout is pretty close when it comes to showing who the best players are in the draft according to potential and they are all pitchers except for this one center fielder who has 5 star potential (my scout had him listed as 3 star pot) so i guess i'll keep an eye on next years draft and act accordingly.
