This, suddenly, is all over the internet. It’s nothing less than a magnificent J.D. McCarthy of Lou Piniella during his very brief rookie fortnight with the 1964 Orioles.

This - and a black and white Baltimore Sun spring training shot - would replace the previous best known Piniella/Orioles shot, which is a McCarthy that looks like it’s a 79th generation photocopy of a Polaroid of a shadow of somebody who looks vaguely like Piniella’s cousin.
