We try to make sure that they're in sync. The most common disconnect is based on their position. The scouting page rating is based on a scout's view of their position. So it's listed as a SP there. The star ratings in other spots is based on a player's currently set position. So if they are currently set as a RP, then the profile page will show their talent ratings as a RP.
