ha! that %$#@ing rotation setting... with defaults if you don't use 'strict', your best starter could be tired for opening day, at least as of '18. i'm sure it is still the same.

leaving any type of one-off setting or experiment and forgetting about it. i've also neglected to proctect a rule-5 eligible player before. i've since added 'pro svc years' as a permanent column for certain views.

as far as setting, i don't change much year to year anymore. this year i want to let my MiL system be more feral (thinking no rules beyond some loose age ceilings R-A, maybe AA), and maybe look into feeder leagues. trial and error hammers out those problems before i start using them.
