Has anyone seen statistical weirdness in your rookie leagues?
Apologies if I'm just now catching up to a bug, but, as I've relayed many times here, I play one game a day, sticking to the calendar. I never play years into the future. I've been playing computer baseball since 1987, 31 years ago. I'm in the middle of my 31st season.
Therefore, statistical anomalies take a while for me to notice.
This year, both my short-A and rookie league teams have been beset by a couple of issues. Namely, pitchers are barely striking anyone out, and they're walking a ton of hitters. On the hitter side, meanwhile, almost no one is hitting home runs. My rookie league HR leader, for all teams in all rookie leagues, currently has 4.
Did OOTP19 ship with modifier errors, or is it realistically tracking to real-life short-A and rookie leagues? I changed computers in the middle of all this, so I can't just pull up OOTP18 or OOTP14 and check.
