Trying to put together a promotion/relegation league and keep getting hung up on logistics. My question is, using a league with the current real-life playoff system, is there any good way to promote two teams? Obviously the league champion goes on, but I'd like to promote two teams, and far as I can tell there's no obvious second team. Like, you could do both teams in the "world series" but that makes it kind of anti-climatic. You could do the best regular season record, but that makes the playoffs themselves less important. Any ideas?
