Haven't played since '17, was pleasantly surprised to see '19 available on Origin Access so I downloaded it earlier and am just now checking it out. I'm finding the UI to be so sluggish as to make the game frustrating to the point of unplayable for me. Several seconds of Windows loading cursor between each screen. Even something as simple as opening an email is taking around a second.

This is on a Threadripper 1950x w/ 32GB of RAM and a 1080Ti. I've tried running fullscreen (3440x1440) and windowed mode at various resolutions but they all seem to be equally sluggish (as a side note, resizing the window results in about 2 minutes of waiting).

Any suggestions?
