East vs. West
This dynasty begins in the year 2018, but played on OOTP17. The MLB does not exist in this universe, and there haven't been any successful major leagues in America yet. Two competing leagues were established this year: the Eastern Baseball League and the Western Baseball League.
The leagues are very similar, with only slight differences that investors hope will give their league the edge over the other and make it more successful long term.
The EBL is split into the Stars and Stripes Leagues, each of which have an east and west division (arbitrarily named, geography is not really incorporated). The winners of each division make the playoffs after a 162 game season, which includes an all-star game.
