I'm getting some lag as well. Probably 3-4 seconds from the time you click a player file or menu and when it shows up.
PC. Ryzen 5. 16GB RAM. GTX 1070. Installed to an SSD.
The lag started with .64 and has continued to .70.
Once you get into the game to play it out things seem fine. Its through the menus before getting to the game that sees the most lag.
