I think I have seen an option to change the % of salary a team has to pay when releasing a player. I think I have seen it setting up a historical league or a fictional league. I took a run through the manual but I could not find mention of it.

Am I just wrong on this one?
Was this in previous versions and has been removed?
Am I missing it in the settings?
I may be confusing games also.
