Recap: We had a tough series against the Rangers. Their offense is built pretty similar to mine, and outside of Chris Sale our pitching wasn't that good. Their pitching wasn't so good either, but their ability to keep the ball on the ground was really the game-changer.
I guess we'll be rooting for the Mariners in the ALCS.
Miami flat-out dominated in their NLDS, outscoring them 28-7, and sweeping them. They'll be a force in the NLCS and likely the WS. Seattle's match of a solid offense and pitching carried them to the ALCS, but they were dominated in G2 by a lesser Ervin Santana, which could be a red flag. The Cubs rode pitching to their series win, with all their POTG being pitchers. Jon Lester has been a godsend for them.
