Comparing Scouted Potential to Actual Potential

Hello,

I'm looking to create a table that will compare a group of prospect's scouted potential ratings to actual potential ratings found in the player's editing screen. The purpose of this is to find "gems" that the AI will overlook and that can be traded for/drafted easily.

Sometimes, even when you max out a team's scouting department and head scout, the ratings are still a bit off. I realize that this is technically cheating, but there appears to be no way to compare actual to potential without going into the player's editing screen and marking down their ratings.

I'm thinking that one way to do this is to make a shortlist of all prospects with, say, 50 overall potential and below according to OSA, with Scouting Accuracy set to Normal. Then, change Scouting Accuracy to 100% and load that shortlist with the new, 100% accurate scouting ratings. This seems like a solution, but I can't figure out how to add multiple players to a shortlist simultaneously.

Any ideas?
