How often has it happened, and is it still happening?
I'd be curious if anyone has an answer to his question. It happened to me too with Troy Percival in my historical league. I signed him to a FA contract, only to find a duplicate of him still in the FA pool.
I "retired" the duplicate, and haven't seen others yet, but curious if I should keep checking on it.
