Hey everyone!

I am about to start a new save and am wondering what everyone adjusts to make the game more realistic. I have seen some stuff on changing the trade values, different weights on options, editing Market Sizes etc.

I play Comissioner Mode strictly so I can add another Rookie league team if I need to so I haven't really utilized being able to adjust those. Any tips/hints/tricks for the most realistic settings is greatly appreciated.
