Well, up to now my experience with this game has been wonderful, even when I found it technically difficult, had computer problems, or found out how inept I really am at some things.

I have played it for years, I think since OOTP 15.

But after I had to buy a new computer I found upon reloading the game that my 3D players are blurry, they have no torsos, no faces and only one leg and arm.

I several times followed the advice to update the drivers for my video card. They are up to date. I checked every thing else I could. Nothing works and the beauty of the game aesthetically and visually is really ruined completely.

I have posted several requests for advice, aid, anything, in the technical section, in the bugs section, in Historical Simulations and here in General Discussions as well as emailing Lukas and the OOTP general email. Nothing. Haven't looked at the game in months. Sad.

Have on solution and no one has so much as granted me a note saying "sorry" or "we will try to think of something" or "send us this specific info and maybe we can be more helpful". Anything. I am surprised given how attentive and helpful the people who design and run this game and site are, and I understand they are busy. But one reply would have been nice.

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA HOW I CAN GET THIS GAME TO WORK AGAIN? I HAVE ALREADY DISINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED IT AND IT IS STILL THE SAME, LIKE THE PLAYERS GO ON AND OFF LIKE LITTLE LIGHTBULBS, ONLY HALF VISIBLE LIKE GHOSTS. ANYTHING? ANYONE?
