I did a double-take this morning: They let Tanaka pitch a
complete game yesterday?!?
Not that I object. Not at all. I am one of the dwindling number of people who think all this sabercrap should be thrown out the window, that pitchers ought to be in shape and not babied because they will end up injured anyway, and that a manager should have the b***s to manage the game with his eyes and brains rather than by some statistician's stupid cheat sheet.
Ah, that felt good.
