Merge the "Cards & Memorabilia Trading Post" into the OT board. Very few people ever use it and it's not vital this community.

Get rid of the "Announcements" board. 1 post? Oh yeah, that's useful. You can add links to any announcements in the latest news section at the top of this forum.

Finally, since there's a few games here, create a "Graphics" board in the general section, so it's for all the games, not just OOTP.

And while we're at it, move the FAQ to the top of OOTP section and add more to it.
