Help! I just got a brand new super gaming computer, but when I load OOTP the cursor disappears. It's possible to move the mouse around and occasionally I stumble on a valid field, but it's hit or miss, and I can't really even load the game because I don't know where I am clicking.

I tried to file a ticket but they say that I have the wrong username or password when I try to log in, but when I register they say that my e-mail address is already registered.

Very frustrating.
