Question about pitching rotation

Since I play out all nine innings of every game, does it matter how my pitching rotation is set up, especially as according to the rating system all the starters are all about equal.
1, Luke Weaver 10-3, 4.07 ERA -- 3 stars overall, 3.5 three potential
2, Carlos Martinez 8-9, 4.18, 3.5/3/.5
3, Lewis Thorpe 3-2, 2.98, 2/2.5 -- rookie just promoted to rotation
4, Gerrit Cole 7-4, 3.84, 3/3 -- acquired in offseason
5, Jon Gray 7-7, 4.24, 3/3 -- acquired at trade deadline
My Cardinals are 63-46 and own a 4.5 game lead on the Cubs on Aug. 7 of the 2020 season and I don't want my starters becoming upset because they are not the No. 1/ace or are listed as the No. 5 starter.
It is set that way right now because of when Gray was acquired and Cole just came back from an injury.
But will adjust if it can be a possible issue.
Any advice?
