I changed my arbitration offers to a couple players - to one I offered 560k; another 700k - but the email I received said that the arbitrator ruled in favor of me and gave the players both $817,500.

I made sure to hit the "Change" button on the arbitration page. I'm not sure what's happening here. I thought OOTP's "arbitrator" had to pick between the team offer and the player offer, no numbers in between. Is that not the case?
