The other one should be do-able, too. It's not quite as easy as you think due to the way that we interact with opening coach profiles. But we should be able to find a way to handle that without annoying you in other cases too much with a profile opening to the wrong team, for example.

I would suggest showing the development and relationship status on the actual search screen where reputation and all of that is shown.
No need to click the actual manager. That info needs to be searchable. It saves so much time.
Now if you want to find coaches its around 10 mouse clicks per coach only to find out he is poor. You might have to search through 50 coaches to find some one with good development and relationships for your specific minor league systems. The amount of clicks raises exponentially.
Especially if you are anal about it. I need at least an average rating in both or I am skipping. And if you really want to search for good or excellent it takes even longer. There are dozens of pages of coaches.
