This is actually a two-parter. First one is easy: where do I go to tell my minor league managers to set their lineups based on Potential ratings so my better prospects get the playing time? I know how to go into each individual player and Force Start them, but I know there is a global setting someplace and I can't find it - and I swear I've been through every menu in the game as well as looked in the online manual. I'm sure I'm just missing it...

The second part of this is, the reason I need to find this setting is that even though I'm pretty sure I have it set to base lineups on Potential, I'm noticing some odd lineup decisions in the minors. I have a decent prospect in Double A, he's in the lineup against LH but not against RH in favor of a 33-year old player I signed to fill out the roster. His overall potential is less, but I'm wondering if his potential against RH is higher and therefore he starts?
