I bandied about the idea after the week of vmlb/mfitterer. Seemed to be little enthusiasm for it, and it would really just be hard to enforce in practice. If we didn't live in a world where 14 year olds could obtain new yahoo/hotmail/whathaveyou accounts at whim, it would be feasable.
