strange. in my (fictional) game, the players all go to draft pool or Free Agency without issue. Don't know. Might be a bug as suggested. Maybe post this in the bug forum and read Lukas' sig for how to upload files for them to check out.
The Development team is generally good about getting to them and getting back to you relatively quickly.
