Onlne leagues in general use a Utility (OOTPOU, StatsLab or Stats+) that allows you to export the draft, make all the picks outside the game then import the results back into the game. In your case since there are likely also AI ran teams involved there is probably only 1 truly viable option
Use the in game Draft List feature. You both fill out draft list of players listed by priority then the comish runs the draft and all the selections are made. Just makes sure you make a list for all rounds OR use the copy and paste current list to all rounds.
