Hard to say exactly what would be causing this, but most likely something on your computer is preventing the game from accessing the online services. The most likely culprits for that would be your firewall and anti-virus. So the first step is to make sure OOTP is whitelisted in both. Does that solve the problem? If not, then try shutting both off entirely, just for a minute, and start OOTP again. Does it connect now? Either way, you can reply and let me know and we'll go from there.
