So as I understand this, no HS feeder league guy who goes undrafted gets put in the FA Pool? So they just disappear?
If that's the case then may have to build a league built on NCAA being an independent league that feeds to MLB. All the HS can be the feeders for the NCAA independent, but than that would kill all options of HS guys being drafted by MLB. Or am I missing something?
