So on second thought I decided I will just keep this thread going with the feeder league jerseys. These are up to real life standards as much as my skills allow and what I can find online.
I also pull teams based on their history of producing college and pro players.
The Baseball Cube has a great resource for this. The criteria I use is at least 8 players from a programs history based on the population of the state. If it's a smaller population I will just fill in some teams in larger cities to balance out a league.
