I thought commissioner mode would be about letting you edit schedules and ratings and but I've noticed two things which are an unintended side affect that I dont like..

* Coaches will never tell you they won't work for you if you offer them a salary not matter what team you put them in. You want an outstanding manager to manage your rookie team? No problem!

*Players will ignore coaching conflicts and will still negotiate with you if you try and extend their contract. When in commissioner mode the player had no problem with my team but when I turned off commissioner mode all of a sudden he player refused to even negotiate saying he didn't get along with the manager.

Any other things like this happen in commissioner mode?
