Are all 2 way players stopped until 2020 when Ohtani pitches again? I kid I kid.

But yeah I noticed that trade bug and a Rule 5 bug as well. The AI if the player say is set to RP and is low potential doesn't protect the player by adding to the 40 even if say he is a 3.5 prospect in the OF.

Its like since he isn't set to OF the AI only treats him as a RP.
