fwiw, it says 3years 176days (before jan 1st) in the screenshot above. as long as that number of days in current season exceeds the minimum, it's an accrued year (no more than 1 in a year).

if you regularly export this stuff... make the exported file a linked worksheet that isn't to be edited... copying it using a linked cell like "A1=exportworksheet.A1" and using the click-drag-fill function for all columns and rows to a seperate worksheet you can dink around with, and not have to recreate it each time for use.

for example in this case, since it exports in days, you can add a little formula that converts it to years for your viewing pleasure. each time you export and load up the spreadsheet, it will auto-update all the links with the new information.
