he's got enough for "4" years. i think that stuff updates jan 1st?

172 is the required # or is it 176? he's got enough, either way. (check settings, default is real mlb # of service days too, if you know it offhand)

i don't think ootp has the under 19 over 19 rules... if you sign a IAFA via normal means, the first year doesn't count in the international complex. i think that's their ~equivalent.

i would assume they accrue 1 year if you immediately send to rookie or higher? i'm sure i've done it at least once, but dont recall specifics.
