One question: when you tried to renegotiate the Islander offer, did you do that via the "Discuss Trade" reply option in the message, or did you create a new trade offer? It looks like I can accept any of the other "shopped" offers and they work, so I'm guessing it's some very specific situation where the exact timing and methods used may need to be replicated to see what went wrong.
