The ability to pick a range of years to use as modifiers.

I think it would be great if when setting up a league we could select a range of years(example 1975-1984) in which OOTP would randomly select from for the upcoming season modifiers. I could start a league in 1978, select 1975-1984 as my range of years and then each new season OOTP would use a year in my selected range for the modifiers. Of course, we can do this now manually, but having OOTP do it would be a plus.
