I have been playing OOTP for many a year through many versions. I have a fictional league currently in it's 180 year so I have have seen lots of draft classes throughout the seasons. I just looked at my most recent draft class. The third draft held since I have updated to 19 and the talent available is pathetic. Actually, all three draft classes have been very, very weak.

I have 40 teams in this league (10 round draft) and their are 7 players (according to OSA) and 9 players (according to my scout) who are rated above a 3½ stars. Most of those players are the same guys so if you do not have a top 10 pick, your first round draft pick will be a 3 star player.

Has anyone else seen very weak draft classes in their fictional worlds? Or is this just a weak three year run and thinks will get back to normal...
