Most of the teams already mentioned make good candidates but I would really recommend the Orioles. The Orioles are saddled with some bad contracts (Chris Davis, Trumbo), more often then not lose their best player after year one (Machado), and the farm system is nothing to write home about. And have fun playing in the AL East. They had the worst record in all of baseball in my Red Sox game in 2018. I think they won 54 games.
