Everytime i minimize 19 to access my desktop and then bring 19 back up i can not access any controls. No drop down menus will open but the normal Windows cursor is there but the finger pointer is not. Everytime i maximize 19 It goes black and becomes unresponsive. I have had to ctrl-alt-delete on 19 over 25 times in 2 weeks vs 4 times in a year on 18.
