Okay, I am still not good. Here is what I did:
1 - made sure the new award photos were in the folder for the skin I altered
2 - deleted the .bin files from ALL skin folders
3 - started the game and it booted to the skin I changed
4 - opened the game, but saw no changes
Am I overlooking anything you can see here?
