It's my assumption that reputation isn't as important to a coach as his rating in Teach <skill>. For example, even if a reputation is Poor but his Teach is over 100, we're getting positive results.

Obviously Teach Pitching is important to a pitching coach, and Teach Hitting to a hitting coach, but what's important to a Bench Coach? Handle Players? Does a Manager teach as well as manage? I couldn't find anything in the manuals that really answered the question.
