Some of these are shown in the game, but most aren't. Searching the manual wasn't too fruitful either.

Basically, I have several months to figure out a bunch of things and I don't know what has to be done when.

Types of things I keep wondering about:

1. When are budget decisions like scouting/development "fixed"?

2. By when do I need to demote major leaguers to the minors to avoid them automatically getting MLB contracts?

3. By when do I need to cull minor leaguers to avoid them automatically getting MiLB contracts?

4. Do I only need to protect players from Rule 5 before the day of the draft or is there an earlier deadline? I wonder because the game talks about a draft pool being announced.

Anything else important? I know about the arb deadlines.
