Depends on what you're going for in your league. I'm still trying to nail down just the right settings but I've been focused on a 30/70 split right now. It means very few high schoolers go to college but gives you a better ratio for the draft. I know the default feeder league is about 83% high school but that causes issues for me.
I read somewhere on the forums that having a much larger percentage of high school teams (closer to that 83% number) gets you a good amount of high schoolers who go to college, but then you have to worry about having the draft be mostly high school prospects. If that doesn't bother you, maybe go 70/30 HS/C instead of 30/70
