Yep, that's Joe Pepitone of the Chicago Nationwide Advertising team in 1980. (Ironically, the league would later fold, in part due to a lack of...nationwide advertising.)
The CNA uniform is...shall we say,
strongly reminiscent of the infamous togs the White Sox wore a few years earlier. (Maybe it's the very same uniforms?)

still using these uniforms in 1980!
