I have a different idea. Can stamina be an absolute rating regardless of role? I have a pitcher with a stamina of 109 that I use as a long reliever, but I can't get him through more than maybe 4 or 5 innings and about 60 pitches, when guys in the rotation with similar stamina ratings can throw 130+ pitches.
