...offseason stuff. I am COMPLETELY clueless on how to go about using scouting and evaluating talent....even how to find the right place to look at players, how to aquire them, how to develop players in my minor league system. Also, a good tutorial on handling finances and contract negotiations would also be very welcome. Thanks in advance for any help here!
