yeah, it's a full install each time. not incremental. it leaves your saved games and any custom files not matching default data files (logos and the like).
if you edit say the detroit tigers logo, you need to keep that in a safe location outside of ../data/logos etc, unless you rename it something unique, of course.
use a google search and append "site:http://www.ootpdevelopments.com"
no quotes... that along with 19.3.44 or whatever should take you right there. way better than the forum search function.
