Origin Loading Issue
I'm having a crash during the game load. Installed the game through Origin. Running an Alienware R15 and the system can handle any other game. Went through everything with EA Support the last 4 hrs and nothing can fix it, so reaching out to you all.
I have done the following:
Uninstalled, Reinstall.
Deleted Cache, Deleted Game, Reinstalled.
Had the game reset in Origin with complete wipe. Reinstalled.
*All these were with restarts
I have made sure my NVidia is the primary card. Still crashing. Getting an error when I load that it crashed last time and is starting on the default graphics. I'm not sure how to trace through Origin, but can try that with some help. I can also email you my DX and MS info if that would help. Game started fine with I downloaded from your site, but it asks for a key. As soon as I start origin to play the game with their key/access; it crashes. Origin asked me reach out to you at this point.
