I am thinking of adding the Olympics to my universe, and am wondering how MLB players are handled?

MLB players don't play in the olympics since it's held during the season, so I am wondering how this is handled in OOTP? DO MLB players (or other leagues for that matter) participate? If not, there do the players come from?....If so, is it really worth turning this tournament on?
