Please explain this to me. Most of the development reports reflect via ratings changes, but this one makes no sense to me.
My scout just told me this player's CURRENT STUFF rating improves from 8 to 9. Under PITCHING REPORTS, the first one shows 8 still, but under PAST REPORTS by St. Louis Cardinals head scouts is shows a 9. Both of these have the same date of August 1st.
As you can see in the 2nd screenshot, his STUFF is still an 8? I'm confused why it's not a 9 and why in two spots it shows a 9, but on the other report it's still an 8? What an I missing here
