So I just purchased this game yesterday along with OOTP 19. The way I wanted to use this game was in a sim based team management game. To do that, I would need control of just about everything that happens in the game throughout a season. I found the commissioner button and that is clicked, but I still find that things happen regardless of the commissioner button on or not... such as trades, drafts, etc.

So my questions are these:

Is there a way for me to do the entire draft for each team as the commissioner?

Can I hire and fire coaches?

Can I set the salary for each player for x amount of years?

Can I manipulate trades without trades just randomly happening without me wanting them to?

Any help with this would be super helpful. Thanks!
