Sorry, if this has been addressed before but I just ran into it the first time this season with my 2018 Cardinals dynasty.
Yadier Molina was taking a day off. His fatigue level suggested it and I have assigned him to Milos Mikolas, so he gets one every five games off either way.
Anyway, I was in an extra inning game and out of pinch hitters.
I sent Yadi up, he came through with a single, which proved to be the game-winning hit, and immediately took him out for a pinch runner.
Next game, he is still listed as being fatigued.
I would not think that one at-bat, where he was not asked to do anything more than run to first, would drain him to the point where he needed another day off.
Anyway, just throwing it out there.
